Mr.A.Raja, the Central Minister of Communications and Information Technology stated that, “The Special Economic Zones are going to be established in all the States.” He also stated that, ”The Chief Minister asked him to establish two Economic Zones in Tamil Nadu. ”In Chennai, while participating in the Stone-lay function of a Private Software Company. He stated that, ”In India this is the first time the policy amendments are made by the State Government. The Central Government planned to establish 40 Square kilometer which is selected for Hardware and Software Park in IT for every State which will be called as IT regime.” He also stated that, ”In India, a new revolution happened in the IT field after Dr.Manmohan Singh, The Prime Minister of India who had taken the power of ruling at Central and Dr.Kalaignar, The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu who had taken the power of ruling at Tamil Nadu State.”
