"On behalf of the Yantro at Siruseri IT Park Stone-Lay function, I wish to thank the Honorable Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Government Of India, Mr.A.Raja, Honorable Minister for Co-operation and Statistics, Government Of Tamil Nadu, Mr.Ko.Si.Mani for being with us this morning amidst their busy schedules. Their address to us clearly indicated their support and commitment to developing evaluation capacity as well as the use of monitoring and evaluation as a tool to assist management and for policy formulation in the country. I wish also to thank the Executive Vice President of Pivotix Inc., USA, Mr.Jerry DiPietro. I am also grateful to thank the other popular Software Companies MD, Managers, HR and staffs to join with us. I am indeed grateful to all the Chairpersons of the sessions of the conference, who readily agreed to assist in our task of conducting this function.
